I have great plan to move to Nice France and retire. There is only one problem, I am gluten and dairy sensitive. Moving to the land of baguettes and cheese? Really?

To help prepare myself for a blissful retirement I needed to start learning how to bake and cook free of gluten and dairy. And I need to be able to do it in a foreign land.

At this point many of you may ask, “Wait a minute. You will be in your 60s and you want to start all over in a foreign country?”

Good question.

We created this blog to help us prepare, experiment and document gluten and dairy free options before making the big move. Please come with us on this journey.
